Wuith summer fading fast, we realized we hadn't been to the Jersey shore. You can't live in New Jersey and not go to the shore! We made arrangements and stayed at the showboat for a night. My first time there and I must say I enjoyed it. We dined well at Antonio's, took a brisk walk down the Boardwalk and gambled with the beautiful people at the casino. It was a nice outing.
We also did some yard work,our home was overgrown and I had to hire a tree remover to get rid of all the growth. Front and back needed it badly. the kids spent alot of time getting adjusted to new schools. My brother finally moved out but had a difficult time getting settled. It seemed like the Vulcans had invaded his life for a while there. Make that gremlins, but he is handling it well.
With Halloween around the corner (my favorite holiday) I had alot of decorations to set up. Paul made grave markers for the fronyard while I picked up pumpkins and cute little ornaments. We don't make a big deal out of the holidays but Halloween is out thing.
