Del Ray Beach Florida
Tagging along with hubby, I hitched a ride to the Del Ray Beach Marriot. He had to work and it was a nice opportunity to escape for a few days without the kids. I spent the first day cruising around town, shopping at Publix (they have the best diet sweet ice tea), got a pedicure and scoped around town for the best place to eat dinner. We ended up at a restaurant named Snappers which was a huge disappointment. Soup and salad were great, all down hill after that. We went through the center of town which has a three block area of outdoor restaurants, music and bistro type restaurants. Cute little town, full of old men in sports cars with skinny trophy wives, young people crusin for the beautiful other sex and motorcycle grey hair brigades with their biker babes on back. Hubby and i had dessert out doors and enjoyed the show. The next day we spent at the pool, had lunch with his clients and I sat in on his A+ presentation. He had a great day! He seemed so happy that everything went so well, it must have been the wheaties cereal for breakfast. After the meeting we drove to Key West. The sunset was beautiful.
Celebrex
Want to start a war? Just ask your health care provider to pay for celebrex. I got a letter back from my health care provider denying my claim. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to pay the ridiculously high price. If you need it, you need it.
What's even more ridiculous are some of the drug store procedures when you pick up your medication. I went tot he pharmacy and requested my prescription. The clerk pulled it out of the checked bin and went over to the counter where she refilled my prescription. She came back to the counter with two identical bottles of medication. When I asked her why she filled the prescription again, she stated that the medication hadn't been checked so she filled it again. Another pharmacy tech came over and asked for the medication back from me so that she could check it. I gave it back to her and I swear to God, she lifted the lid off the medication and handed it back to me.
Maybe you could explain to me why it was necessary to refill a prescription when all she had to do was lift the cap and look at the first bottle. She didn't have an answer and seemed peeved (how dare I question the stupidity of their procedures).
How many people does it take to fill one prescription? How many bottles have to be prepared?
Obviously more people than it takes to change a lightbulb.

"I'm tossing someone out!'
Hubby and Andrew rarely get to umpire together but they did today. The kids and I stopped by the game on the way to drop off dinner and say hi!Hubby was angling to toss someone out today. Probably me! We were arguing about cars this morning, its such a major decision. I give up! I have decided that I don't care about a car. I'll wait till the timing feels right. The game was tie when we left and Andrew had just called a balk. Andrew is so loud when he makes a call you can hear him across the park.
After the game we went to Borders to pick up summer reading books, had dinner at the mall and then goofed off in the store looking at t-shirts in Spencers and the toy department in Boscov's. When we got home Jake tried to get the lawn cut but a storm came up quickly. Not much rain with it.
